Clothes Sales Business

The Clothing Sales Department, which has been in business since its founding, provides detailed services through dynamic sales as a trading company function to famous department stores nationwide, major apparel stores, famous select shops, large, medium, and small retailers, and garment manufacturers. We even sell small lots We have a long history of doing business not only with leading domestic woolen fabric manufacturers, but also with long established leading manufacturers in Italy and the UK.

In recent years, we have been doing business with woolen fabric manufacturers in China, Vietnam, India, Portugal, Mexico, and other countries in order to meet the needs of various customers. Every season, we travel to Italy, England, and France with many buyers who are fashion leaders of the time, and are involved in planning from the upstream stage of men’s fashion. Brand Business

Our section leverages our strengths as a trading company specializing in textiles to support our customers by proposing consumer lifestyles through clothing and selling through retail stores.
Our strength lies in the procurement of a wide range of materials from Europe, China, and ASEAN, as well as our many sewing factories in China, Indonesia, Myanmar, and Cambodia.We use this as our strength to plan, design, material, color, and pattern men’s suits, jackets, pants, and coats. We are a men’s apparel business that consistently operates everything from planning sales promotion tools to product specifications and sewing, to delivery to customers, mainly major men’s clothing specialty stores and major mass retailers.

Our core business items include planning, manufacturing and sales of men’s business suits, coats, business casual jackets, slacks, coats, and other wear rings that meet the diverse needs of consumers in recent years, as their lifestyles have become increasingly diverse. We are compatible. In particular, in the proposal-based business, we are developing our business centered on our national brands: Marie Claire, an affiliated brand with France, Norman Hilton, an American traditional brand, and Men’s BATSU, a DC brand. In recent years, we have also been actively engaged in the ODM business, where we share planning, production, and technical information for private brands of major customers.

If You Have a Suit Like This

This society is full of stress. Is it possible to provide more comfortable suits for business people? With this in mind, we began developing a 2-way stretch material. Back in 2011, it was used in casual wear, but 1-way stretch was the only material available for suits. Even if some 2WAY stretch suits were available, they were very expensive. A stress-free suit that allows you to move freely. We wanted to commercialize a 2-way stretch suit at a reasonable price. Although we started making fabrics together with a Chinese material manufacturer, we were unable to meet our demands for quality and price, and we were forced to struggle.

Meanwhile, the president of a major Chinese wool spinning company agreed with our idea, and together we further refined the plan and brought it to fruition. The joy I felt when the fabric was completed in 2012 was unforgettable. There is also the difficulty of selling something that doesn’t exist in the world, and even if we were able to create a good product, we would not receive any orders for about a year.

Meanwhile, a major specialty store took an interest in the product, and they decided to start selling it from fall/winter 2013! Material manufacturers, sewing factories, retailers, and us at Takaoka. The four companies have come together to create a 2 way stretch suit with unprecedented high quality and low price.

Today, the range of items has expanded beyond suits to include jackets and pants, making them the main products that account for 70% of the retailer’s lineup. Other manufacturers have also released 2WAY products one after another, and now they have become the “standard” suit.

Dress Casual Business

This division was established as a new business in February 2018. We work in the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) business and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) business, focusing on men’s dress casual wear for select shops and apparel manufacturers, as well as an integrated planning and production system from textiles to products. We have received. As for our production background, we are able to provide a stable supply of products through relationships of trust with partner factories in China and ASEAN countries. We handle everything from large lots to small lots with a sense of speed.

Although our casual business division has just started, we aim to become an organization that is a collection of flexible individuals who do not fit into any conventional structure. Many people are involved in the process of completing a product, including material manufacturers, subsidiary material manufacturers, and sewing factories that we work with. We will strive to build relationships of trust and create “good products” so that we can move forward together with our affiliated companies.
